Visit Booth FT15 in the Future Tech Pavilion to explore how Electronic Cold-Pasteurization® helps reduce shrink, extend shelf life and support food safety.
ATLANTA, Georgia —October 1st, 2026 — Reveam will showcase its proprietary Electronic Cold-Pasteurization® (ECP®) technology at the International Fresh Produce Association’s (IFPA) 2026 Global Produce & Floral Show, October 14–16 in Orlando, Florida. Located at Booth FT15 in the Future Tech Pavilion, Reveam will connect with growers, shippers, retailers and distributors to explore practical solutions for keeping fresh produce fresher, longer.
ECP® uses a precisely controlled beam of high-energy electrons to help reduce foodborne pathogens in fresh produce, including E. coli, Salmonella and Listeria, while controlling insect pests and inhibiting the bacteria and molds that cause spoilage. Treatment takes place in the final product packaging, without heat or chemical treatments, while maintaining cold-chain integrity. The technology helps preserve the freshness and quality of produce as it moves through the supply chain.
For produce businesses, those benefits can translate into more sellable days, less product loss and greater flexibility in distribution and inventory management. By helping maintain quality from the distribution center to the consumer, ECP®supports a better eating experience while creating opportunities to reduce shrink and protect product value.
“The opportunity is not just to add days of shelf life. It is to give the supply chain more time to move, sell and enjoy fresh produce, while helping reduce the risk of foodborne illness,” said Jeff Pelletier, CEO of Reveam. “At IFPA, we look forward to discussing the challenges companies face with specific commodities and exploring how ECP® can help them strengthen food safety, reduce waste and maintain quality.”
Reveam operates its flagship Rio Grande Valley ECP® Center in McAllen, Texas, and offers custom on-site treatment systems for customers seeking to integrate the technology into their own operations. Its capabilities support shelf-life extension, pathogen reduction and phytosanitary treatment, helping fresh produce move through domestic and international supply chains.
At the show, attendees are encouraged to bring their commodity, market or shelf-life challenges to the Reveam team. Discussions will focus on commodity-specific applications, quality and food safety objectives, and opportunities to evaluate ECP® through commercial trials.
