Pamela Lucas Tarmy, PHD, PHR, SHRM-CP

Vice President of Human Resources

Dr. Tarmy brings more than (30) years of human resources leadership experience across logistics, warehousing, food manufacturing, and technology. As Vice President of Human Resources, she leads HR strategy and operations with expertise in organizational development, compliance, talent management, training, and employee engagement.

Her background includes senior HR leadership roles with syncreon, supporting Google Logistics 3PL supply chain operations, United Natural Foods, Inc. (UNFI), and Schwan’s Bakery Manufacturing. Throughout her career, she has supported large-scale workforces and partnered with business leaders to strengthen performance, workforce planning, retention, and compliance.

In addition to her corporate experience, Dr. Tarmy has taught human resources and business-related courses for more than (12) years at Columbia Southern University. She is also a U.S. Navy veteran.

Dr. Tarmy holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Development and Leadership from Capella University, an M.S. in Human Resources Administration from Central Michigan University, and a B.S. in Human Resources Management from Saint Leo University. She also holds PHR and SHRM-CP certifications.
