Curtis Allen

Chief Technology Officer

Curtis Allen serves as Chief Technology Officer of Reveam, bringing decades of leadership and innovation in advanced technologies and engineering. He is the founder of AcceleRAD Technologies, Inc., established in May 2017, where he serves as President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors.

Prior to founding AcceleRAD, Mr. Allen spent (16) years as CEO and a member of the Board of Directors at Altair Technologies, Inc., where he led the company through significant growth and technological advancement.

Mr. Allen began his career in engineering at Litton Electron Devices before moving into manufacturing leadership roles. In 1999, he joined Novellus Systems, where he held a senior position overseeing all Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) manufacturing during the height of the semiconductor boom in 2000.

An accomplished innovator, Mr. Allen holds multiple U.S. patents and is widely recognized as a visionary and pioneer in the commercialization of linear accelerators. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Physics from the University of California, Davis and a Master’s degree from Santa Clara University.
