Reveam congratulates our Co-Founder and Executive Vice President Chip Starns for being selected by Georgia Agriculture Commissioner Tyler Harper to serve on his transition leadership committee.
Mr. Starns, along with other prominent Georgia agriculture and food safety experts, will serve as senior leadership advising Mr. Harper’s transition into office.
The committee is composed of trusted advisors who will support the crafting of legislative goals, identifying and hiring staff, building out policy agendas and providing additional assistance for the Harper Administration.
Commissioner Harper has noted goals of starting “to work on day one to fight for our farmers, producers and consumers, advance our state’s number one industry, and deliver the most efficient and effective Department of Agriculture in State history.”
Commissioner Harper has also commented that he is “tremendously grateful for this team of advisors who have stepped up to help guide our transition and ensure our administration gets off to a strong start. Over the coming weeks, this team will help put our plan to lower costs for families, invest in the next generation of agriculture, enhance the lives of our consumers and build on the success of our state’s number one industry into action – and I look forward to working with them to accomplish that and more over the years to come.”
Reveam looks forward to working with Commissioner Harper to advance food safety and quality in Georgia and throughout the world.
