Extending the Shelf-life of Fresh Produce

Reveam’s shelf-life extension technology uses Electronic Cold-Pasteurization® (ECP®) to ensure the taste, texture and freshness of fresh produce longer.

CONTROL

TREATED

Fresh produce shelf-life for watermelon, honeydew, papaya, mango, pineapple and others is extended significantly.

Treatment is completed in the final product packaging, and also reduces water collection while maintaining the cold chain.

Taste tests reveal no difference in consumer preference between treated and untreated samples—with some participants actually preferring the treated version.
